Publicize Your Support

If you are a student leader, then we would love to see your public support for the US-Israel relationship!

Post with your name and position if you would like to sign our leadership statement! (Example: Eliana Rudee, First Year Students of Hillel Chair)

Signers will be invited to a FREE LEADERSHIP DINNER with speakers and catered food at the end of the semester!

Statement:

As leaders at the Claremont Colleges, we sign this statement to show our full support for continuation of the strong US-Israel relationship. We believe Israel has the right to exist as both a Jewish and a democratic state in the Middle East, the right to defend its borders and citizens, and the right to its own security.

Why support the US-Israel relationship?

Cooperation between the two countries is advantageous for both the US and Israel. The US-Israel relationship is vital toward Congressional support through foreign aid, government partnerships, joint anti-terrorism efforts, and the promotion of a negotiated two-state solution which ensures that the Jewish state is safe, strong, and secure.

What will we do with your signature?

These statements will be published as letters to the editor, op-ed pieces and/or advertisements in campus and community newspapers, and presented to local members of Congress.

5 reasons to sign:

By signing, you will 1. join many elite leaders in our community in supporting the US-Israel relationship 2. build relations with other student leaders who support Israel 3. be invited to a free catered dinner and advocacy programming 4. Get more visibility for you club (essentially free advertising in a campus publication!) 5. show your support for Claremont Students for Israel and the US-Israel relationship
